Summer is officially here and let's talk about my favorite village in the Hamptons. SAG HARBOR!!!. There is so much to enjoy here and there is little something for everyone. What draws me most to Sag Harbor is its authenticity. It's Main Street is lined with "mom and pop" stores and not just high-end designer brand stores like some other villages on the East End. ( Sorry East Hampton) . Some of my favorites are The General Store, Hudson Grace, Leonard Frisbee and Ryland. Even more important is the food and great restaurants. Some of the best in the Hamptons for sure. Tutto il Giorno, The Beacon, Sushi Zen, and the soon to be opening Sag Harbor Kitchen are just a few worth mentioning. And also don't forget the best coffee at SagTown Coffee and simply the best donuts at Grindstone. Some of my favorite places of interest are Haven's Beach with great views of Shelter Island. The Long Wharf, the iconic waterfront promenade. Sag harbor Cinema... by far the best movie theater in the Hamptons offering the best selection of current features and art flicks. And lastly, don't forget the Sag harbor Farmers market every Saturday on Bay Street. For more exciting things to do... Check out this link to the The Avenue Magazine Ultimate Guide to Sag Harbor
