Amagansett derives its name from a “place of good water” It is a small Hamlet bordering both Gardiner’s Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, Its location makes it the perfect seaside town. Locals love the quaint town where by day one can enjoy Jacks's Coffee, great shopping, or yoga in the Amagansett Square to live music performances at the Stephen Talkhouse. It also boasts the fabulous ocean beaches Indian Wells and Atlantic beach.  The slower pace, more casual feel, and proximity to Montauk make this hamlet so appealing.
